If you have updated to iOS7, you may be experiencing some problems with taking measurements. Please be assured that we are working hard to resolve this.
One main issue identified occurs at the start of the measurement. If the red light comes on and off without continuously blinking, and you are unable to proceed on with your measurement, please tap the "X" button at the top right corner to cancel the measurement. Proceed to restart the measurement again without plugging out your Tinké.
